BOZEMAN COLLABORATIVE SHOWER PROJECT

The goal of The Bozeman Collaborative Shower Project is "to implement a plan to provide free and accessible showers to members of the Bozeman community in order to assist in the preservation of dignity and wellness, and to provide the opportunity for future success (like getting employment)."  The Project will serve anyone in need of a shower.  This may include the homeless population, members of the community without a functioning shower, and anyone, for whatever reason, who finds him/herself in need of this service.

The showers are open Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings from 9-11:30.

St. James has been assigned the second Saturday of each month.....3 hours most likely in the morning.  We work with a team captain and 2-3 volunteers to staff the showers during our designated time.....the more volunteers we have, the merrier we will be and the fewer Saturdays each of us will need to serve.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, if you would be interested in being a team captain for our team from St. James, please contact Jennifer Wirth at jenniferfwirth@gmail.com or Deacon Roxanne at julianofnorwich@msn.com or at 580-4748 or at 586-9093, Extension 3, and she will be happy to answer any questions you might have about becoming involved.
